Joshua Stiles is a Youth & Young Adult Pastor at Transform Church AV located in Lancaster, CA. He loves people and wants to see a thriving and growing community that is founded upon love and compassion for all. He joined the CAC in the summer of 2024 and plans on strengthening and remaining a bridge for the community and law enforcement.

Teri Harrison has been living in the Antelope Valley since 2016. She became involved in advocating for special needs due to her son's issues, which motivated her to actively participate in her community. As the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Voices of Our Youth, a local nonprofit, Teri is dedicated to creating positive change in her community.
Amaka Donn has been a dedicated Professor of Political Science at Antelope Valley College in Lancaster for over two decades. Known for her strong work ethic and willingness to volunteer whenever needed, she became a member of CAC in 2024 and has also been honored with the Great People's Person Award.
The CAC is committed to connecting the Lancaster Sheriff's Department with the community it serves. Transparency is key to our mission, and we regularly release annual reports detailing our efforts alongside the Sheriff's Department to foster better relationships within our community.
